	The Western Pennsylvania Quarter Horse Association offers two types of memberships: Individual and Family. The following Is a breakdown of membership categories and costs:

	•	FAMILY MEMBERSHIP - $40.00 (Husband, Wife & Children under 19 years)
	•	VIP FAMILY MEMBERSHIP - $30.00 (To be eligible for VIP Membership you must send in your membership on or before March 1st , 2008)
	•	INDIVIDUAL - $30.00 (Individual Membership for Adult or Youth under 19 years)
	•	VIP INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP - $20.00 (To be eligible for VIP Membership you must send in your membership on or before March 1, 2008)
	•	WPQHYA MEMBERSHIP - Included in Family and Individual Memberships

	Note: 18 & under -You must be a WPQHYA Member in addition to WPQHA Individual Member or Member under Family Membership to be eligible for the Youth Incentive Fund Program, Youth Congress Team Member, Youth Year End Awards and any of the WPQHYA Programs. Please fill out page 2 of the membership application.
